Meetings form an integral part of church governance. Herein every matter and the way of addressing matters must be in place that meetings may make a functional contribution to building the church and expanding the Kingdom of God.

The proper functioning of every member of the body of Christ (church) and the members as a whole depends on the good order of meetings. A church assembly must comply with certain requirements (meeting procedure) to fulfil this objective.
